C.V. Lemmon & Co., Inc. announces Mr. Boris Gremont as its newest member

Dallas, TX -- C.V. Lemmon & Co., Inc. (“C.V. Lemmon”) announced today that Boris Gremont has joined the firm as Senior Consultant.

Boris joins C.V. Lemmon from Vision Equity, where he served as Partner responsible for identifying and negotiating acquisition targets with revenues of $10 million to $100 million. His significant responsibilities and accomplishments included structuring acquisition transactions; arranging acquisition financing; and coordinating negotiations among sellers, bankers, mezzanine lenders, and all other parties relevant to an acquisition.
Boris immigrated to the United States 26 years ago from South Africa where he graduated with his Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand. Boris is a U.S. citizen and has earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant. Boris additionally gained notable experience by previously working with Neiman Marcus for 10 years and Ernst & Young for 3 years.
