Merritt Computer Products, Ltd. ("MCPL") is a Dallas-based entity formed to purchase the business and all major assets of Merritt Computer Products, Inc. The individual initially purchasing a minority interest in MCPL was a former executive with a major computer company. Together, he and the sellers formed a partnership for the transaction and long-term growth of MCPL.

Merritt Computer Products, Inc. was a privately held manufacturer of consumable computer accessory products. The company had earned a strong market share in flexible, formed polyurethane keyboard "skins". Desiring liquidity and the opportunity to remain involved in this successful entrepreneurial venture, the sellers retained C.V. Lemmon & Co., Inc. to identify, negotiate, and close a sale to a qualified investor. The minority investor eventually purchased 100% of the company, which continues to thrive.

C.V. Lemmon & Co., Inc. represented the sellers in this transaction by designing a selling program, preparing offering materials, contacting and negotiating with potential buyers, and coordinating the transaction to a closing. All parties are satisfied with their results.
